I have often found myself coordinating weddings I was supposed to be photographing - because when there is not a planner or coordinator present, it often falls on two people to navigate the flow of the day: the photographer, and the maid of honor. Clients will have handled all the prior planning but need a professional to run the actual wedding day while they are enjoying it! Typical day involves arriving to manage your vendor arrivals, oversee your small decor setup, cue your ceremony processional, and smoothly guide your guests into cocktail hour. During the reception, I will manage the timeline for your dinner, toasts, dances, and cake cutting, while serving as your primary problem-solver so you can completely relax and enjoy yourself. While my package includes your timeline management, vendor coordination, and emergency troubleshooting, it excludes a day-before rehearsal, complex design labor, and midnight teardown or clean-up. This service is a highly efficient choice for your intimate celebration, especially if you are hosting everything at a single venue with straightforward logistics.

Throughout the day, I will act as your dedicated personal concierge—managing your timeline, cueing your ceremony processionals, and flawlessly transitioning your guests from cocktail hour to the reception. During the party, I will direct all major reception formalities including your grand entrance, dinner, speeches, and parent dances, while quietly handling behind-the-scenes troubleshooting and vendor distribution. Finally, I will stay through the very end of the night to coordinate your grand exit, manage late-night vendor load-outs, pack up your personal keepsakes, and ensure the venue clean-up is fully completed. My rehearsal coordination service ensures your wedding eve is well managed and running smoothly. By managing both your ceremony walkthrough and the dinner that follows. I will run your ceremony rehearsal from start to finish, organizing your wedding party, practicing the processional and recessional, and ensuring everyone knows exactly where to stand and when to move. Afterward, I will oversee your rehearsal dinner to setup, manage the catering timeline, and coordinate the flow of toasts and speeches. By handling all logistics, vendor communication, and audio-visual cues across both events, I make sure you can focus entirely on celebrating with your closest loved ones.
